This role is responsible for creating structure, leading the team, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, and building efficient systems that support growth and consistency. Position Summary The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations, manage service flow, support bar and lounge execution, and lead the floor during service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, understands upscale service standards, and can build operational systems that elevate both guest satisfaction and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all front-of-house floor operations Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest experience Create and implement systems for service, staffing, communication, and accountability Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service execution Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently Monitor labor, scheduling, and daily operational performance Train, mentor, and develop team members Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Support special events, nightlife operations, and high-volume service periods Maintain an energetic and upscale atmosphere throughout service Qualifications Previous restaurant or lounge management experience preferred Strong leadership and floor management skills Experience in upscale dining, nightlife, or cocktail lounge environments Knowledge of bar operations and guest service standards Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Professional appearance and attitude Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Leadership opportunity in a growing upscale concept Creative input in building systems and team culture Competitive pay based on experience Growth and advancement opportunities Dynamic and energetic work environment
