If you are passionate to be an operator in this business , we welcome you. Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy Ability to lead COACH & counsel others Ensure that the restaurant complies with health ,safety and licensing regulations Keeping customers happy and handling complaints, conflicts, questions & suggestion from restaurant patron & employees. Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times. Keeping track of employees hours by ensuring times cards are punched in & out. Ensuring required minimum supplies is always available like linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations Execute company standards and CULTURE. Assigning waiters to tables & ensures smooth operation on a day to day basis & taking special care during understaffed shifts Able to work 10+ hours shift, including evening shifts, and weekends . Must have "CAN DO" attitude. Responsible for providing memorable Dining experience. Maintain consistency in the food Willingness to learn other areas of operation & work multiple stations if needed.
