Help us hand people a little vacation, one visit at a time. SIPSIDE is a brand-new, drive-through specialty beverage and snack concept opening its very first location in The Colony — and we're chasing one big idea: that the 90 seconds someone spends at our window should feel like a tiny getaway from an ordinary day. Tropical, bright, easy, and just a little indulgent. The kind of stop that turns a Tuesday commute into a mini escape. We're looking for a founding General Manager who gets that feeling in their bones — and knows that the magic doesn't come from the menu. It comes from the people and the leader who sets the tone for all of them. If you've ever stood in someone else's store and thought, "I'd run this differently — and I'd make it feel a whole lot better in here," this is your shot to prove it. You'll be the face of SIPSIDE in this market, the leader your crew rallies around, and the operator who treats this location like you own it. A team that makes every guest feel like they just started a mini beach vacation is not easy to duplicate. Hire, train, and develop a crew that's genuinely excited to be here — and coach them like their growth is your job, because it is. Give every team member regular, honest feedback on what they're crushing and where they can grow.

Run it like you own it Take full responsibility for your location's growth, profitability, and day-to-day operation.
Own your numbers:
labor cost, cost of goods, waste, and the daily decisions that protect your margins. Build smart schedules that keep wait times short, lines moving, and labor in line — because nothing kills the getaway feeling like a slow, stressed-out window. Handle inventory, ordering, cash handling, and vendor coordination accurately and on time. When something breaks — a problem, a process, a piece of equipment — you take ownership of the fix, whether you solve it yourself or pull in the right support. Deliver the getaway, every single car This is the part you can't fake, and it's the part that matters most. Make every guest feel like they just clocked out and headed somewhere tropical, somewhere relaxing. Speed, quality, cleanliness, and genuine warmth — every shift, no exceptions. Turn first-time customers into regulars through service that feels personal, fast, and a little bit like a vacation they didn't know they needed. Protect the vibe. The energy at the window, the music, the smiles, the little touches — that "escape from the everyday" feeling is the product as much as anything in the cup, and you're its guardian. Uphold every health, safety, and food-handling standard, because we need to run a clean, tight operation. Who you are A people leader at heart. You motivate, you coach, and you've built teams that stick around and perform. A natural host. You make people feel good. You'd be the one at the party making sure everyone's having a great time — and your crew feeds off that energy. An operator, not a babysitter. You think in terms of growth, profit, and ownership — not just getting through the shift. Calm under pressure. A busy day with a line out to the street energizes you instead of rattling you — and you keep it feeling breezy for the guest even when it's chaos behind the scenes. Hands-on. You're not afraid to jump on the headset, hop on bar, or walk five miles a shift to keep things moving. Experienced. 3+ years leading in a fast-paced restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality environment — drive-through or coffee/beverage experience is a big plus. Comfortable with the basics of the business — scheduling, labor and food cost, POS systems, and reading a P&L. Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as the business needs — that's the nature of a high-volume drive-through. 21+ and able to pass a background check. What you'll get Competitive base salary ($65,000-$75,000, based on experience) plus a performance bonus tied to the things you can actually control — sales, profitability, and team retention.
