This role is all about keeping the kitchen organized, efficient, and consistent—while maintaining the positive, fast-paced environment we're known for. We're looking for someone who leads by example, supports the team on the line, and ensures every dish goes out right, on time, and with quality. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain smooth workflow Train, support, and motivate the kitchen team Ensure consistency in recipes, presentation, and ticket times Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Manage inventory, ordering, and reduce waste Organize prep and stations for efficient service Help manage schedules and team coverage based on volume Monitor food quality and ingredients consistently Communicate effectively with front of house team What We're Looking For Experience working in a kitchen (lead, supervisor, sous, or similar) Positive attitude and natural leadership skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Organized and detail-oriented Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation English or Spanish required (bilingual is a plus) Why Join Us Positive, team-driven work environment Growth opportunities within the group Young, energetic team A role where you can make a real impact
