In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team, streamline restaurant processes, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality. Duties Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including maintenance, service delivery, and staff management Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee inventory control, ordering FOH supplies, and managing food safety standards in compliance with health regulations Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to foster professional growth Experience Proven management experience within the food service industry, ideally in quick service or fast food restaurants with casual or fine dining environments Hands-on experience with POS systems for transaction processing and reporting Demonstrated ability in supervising staff, conducting training & development sessions, and managing team performance Strong background in inventory control, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures Prior roles involving restaurant management or assistant manager responsibilities are highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for diverse clientele Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
