JOB SUMMARY
As a Kitchen Manager you will help prepare food to order, help train and oversee kitchen needs, cook and be responsible for food safety & sanitation in the kitchen.
SKILLS NEEDED
Overall knowledge of restaurant kitchen, cooking, food preparation, customer service, ability to lead and good communication skills.
