As a key leader within our fast-paced, quick service and casual dining environment, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a positive team atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop staff, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong management skills, and has a background in food service management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during all shifts Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high quality standards Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to food safety protocols Monitor shift performance, handle customer complaints professionally, and resolve operational issues promptly Assist with budgeting, labor scheduling, and maintaining compliance with health regulations Support catering, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to maximize revenue opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and managing restaurant operations Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences Previous casual dining or quick service restaurant experience is highly desirable Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently Join us as a MANAGER where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver memorable dining experiences!
