Job Description

Job Summary We are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive the overall success of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and hospitality, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management. Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Manage cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently during shifts. Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards. Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen management to oversee food production, catering events, and bar services when applicable. Skills Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team development. Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and inventory control procedures. Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Broad understanding of the food industry including culinary techniques, kitchen management, and hospitality standards. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
