Job Description

Full-Time | Utah (Provo to Logan) Moderate Base Salary + Meaningful Equity The Role This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building and making the decisions that come with growing a small business. You'll have full responsibility for day-to-day operations—serving as the connective tissue between our kitchen, our marketing and technology partners, and our customers. Everybody in the company will report to you. You'll collaborate frequently with the investment team. Compensation is structured as a moderate base salary with performance-based upside and meaningful equity, giving you real ownership in the outcome you help create. What You'll Do Manage the team that runs day-to-day operations across production, fulfillment, and customer experience—and take full ownership of what's working and what isn't Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability and flag issues before they become problems Coordinate with our outsourced marketing team and technology partner to drive customer acquisition and retention Work closely with our kitchen manager and production team to ensure consistent quality and on-time fulfillment Collaborate with our dietitian and admin on monthly menus, dietary requirements, and product planning Partner with our head of sales on affiliate, partnership, and direct-to-consumer channels Grow and optimize our subscription offering as a core revenue driver Become the face and voice of the brand—on social media, in content, and within our customer community Manage cash flow, communicate clearly with investors, and help tell the story of where we're headed Build the systems, rhythms, and accountability that allow the business to grow without the founder in the day-to-day Who You Are You genuinely connect with busy families trying to get a great dinner on the table—this customer base feels personal to you Scrappy, resourceful, and action-oriented—you figure things out and get things done without waiting for permission Financially literate—you can read a P&L, track cash needs, and make smart cost decisions Comfortable being on camera and becoming a public face for the brand Motivated by equity and long-term upside—you want to earn ownership through results Based in Utah between Provo and Logan (our kitchen is in Logan) What You Don't Need A previous operations or management title—we care about execution, not résumé lines A massive social following—charisma and authenticity matter more than follower count A polished corporate style—scrappy beats buttoned-up here Deep fundraising experience—we have an existing investor base; you just need to tell the story well About Citrus Pear Citrus Pear is a meal delivery service built for busy families who want real, home-style dinners without the hassle. Every meal is dietitian-approved, pre-prepped, and shipped directly to customers nationwide. We have a loyal and growing customer base, a strong kitchen operation, and a subscription model ready to scale. We're looking for an operator to take the reins on day-to-day execution and help us reach our next stage of growth.

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
