Job Overview Food Truck Manager - Ice Cream & Specialty Treat Trailer (Moab, UT) We're seeking a dependable, hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations of our busy food trailer in Moab. This role is responsible for leading and scheduling the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and serving as the on-site point of contact with headquarters being off site.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting crew members during shifts Creating and managing employee schedules Overseeing opening/closing procedures and cash handling (including dropping deposits at bank) Managing and transporting inventory between storage and the trailer Troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues Maintaining strong communication with off-site headquarters Ensuring excellent customer service, an enthusiastic and positive work culture, and a clean, organized workspace What we're looking for: Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organization Ability to take initiative and manage operations independently Business will operate seasonally, approximately March-November Must maintain a current Utah Food Handler's Permit Starting pay ranges $15-$20 per hour

$15.00 - $29.25 per hour
