Location Manager Rexburg Karie Anne's Frozen Desserts is seeking a Location Manager to lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day staff operations, scheduling, and productivity Hiring, training, coaching, and managing shift leads and scoopers Maintaining brand standards, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety Managing inventory, ordering, and quality control checks Handling events, catering, and bulk orders Monitoring labor, deposits, tills, and reporting discrepancies Supporting promotions, marketing efforts, and slow-day initiatives Communicating regularly with the Corporate Brand Specialist Ensuring compliance with labor laws, health regulations, and company policies Addressing customer feedback and resolving issues professionally Managers are expected to schedule themselves during busy shifts , including weekend nights , and commit to the full operating season.
