Assistant General Manager Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 annually

Full-Time Join the Team at Provo Beach Provo Beach is a 50,000-square-foot indoor family entertainment center featuring attractions including bowling, laser tag, arcade games, FlowRider surfing, ropes course, croquet, and more.

This is a hands-on leadership position with the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of our team and business. Position Summary As the Assistant General Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the facility. You'll help lead a team of employees, ensure outstanding guest service, maintain high operational standards, and contribute to the continued growth and profitability of Provo Beach. This is a dynamic leadership role with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and projects beyond daily operations. As you grow in the role, you'll have the chance to assume ownership of areas that align with your strengths while helping meet the evolving needs of the business. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to make a meaningful impact on our team and our guests. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the daily operation of all attractions, food service, and guest experiences. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members. Create employee schedules and manage labor efficiently. Lead by example while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture. Ensure exceptional guest service by resolving concerns professionally and promptly. Help manage budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence throughout the facility. Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure equipment and attractions are operating safely. Organize and lead weekly management meetings and monthly employee training sessions. Assist with inventory, ordering, and other administrative responsibilities. Serve as Manager on Duty and make operational decisions when needed. Support the General Manager in achieving company goals and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of leadership or management experience. 3+ years of customer service experience. Experience with hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching employees. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Experience with amusement, entertainment, hospitality, recreation, or family entertainment centers is a plus. FlowRider or Ropes Course experience is a bonus but not required.
