Restaurant Catering Manager At Café Zupas, we like to say it's slow food served fast. Our house-made and globally-inspired soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts are made with real, whole food that is prepared daily on-site, in-site in our kitchens. We believe our team is the key to what makes our concept so incredible. With every decision we make, we ask is it right for our team members and our guests. It's why we source the best ingredients, use inspired recipes, and mentor team members each day. We believe it's the only way to do business.

Catering Manager:
Directly impact revenue through catering sales growth Manage the individual restaurant's catering business Form authentic relationships with catering clients Prep catering orders prior to delivery time Reaching out to potential clients over the phone and driving sales through proactive cold calling Collaborate with a high-energy team to execute seamless service during our peak lunch rush. Generate new catering leads Be good to others. Be good to yourself! Is it a fit? We're looking for a Catering Manager that is: Available to work Monday
  • Friday (8am-4pm) Track record of growing sales Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment Adaptable to new processes and systems Become part of a collaborative group that values teamwork above all else.
