Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee operations in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of food preparation, staff training, and overall guest satisfaction. The Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, fostering a positive work culture, and implementing effective training development programs. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve service delivery. Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient transaction processing and reporting. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the dining experience. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong background in fine dining establishments preferred. Experience in supervising staff, including training development and performance management. Knowledge of food preparation standards and kitchen operations. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
