The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within food management, and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff training, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can foster a positive work environment while driving business growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in customer service and kitchen management. Coordinate catering services and special events to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain inventory control and manage food costs effectively. Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Lead by example in promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence among staff members. Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies regarding food safety. Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly within quick service or fast food restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of food management principles and practices. Demonstrated ability in training development and staff training initiatives. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Familiarity with catering operations and event management is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Proficient in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
