Your expertise in food preparation, POS systems, inventory control, and staff supervision will drive our success while fostering a vibrant and efficient work environment. Duties Supervise night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of service and food quality. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to deliver consistent, top-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning to support overall restaurant profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast-food environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling proficiency required. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates. Background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures. Previous experience working night shifts in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable.
