This role is all about creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy outstanding food and service. As the driving force behind daily operations, you'll oversee everything from staff management and customer satisfaction to inventory control and food safety. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Supervise staff training, development, and performance to foster a motivated and efficient team. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff and ensuring adequate coverage during busy hours. Cultivate excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall satisfaction. Oversee kitchen management, food production, catering events, and bar operations when applicable. Monitor budgeting processes to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Experience Proven management experience within the food service industry, ideally in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings. Extensive background in restaurant management with hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cash handling. Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team development. Knowledge of food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and health regulations related to hospitality management. Experience overseeing inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a restaurant environment. Background in fine dining or hotel food service is a plus; catering or banquet experience is advantageous. Excellent leadership abilities combined with strong communication skills to motivate teams and ensure guest satisfaction.
