Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Crumbl location. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from managing staff to ensuring top-notch customer service, all while maintaining our brand's reputation for quality and consistency. The annual salary is $45,760 PLUS performance-based bonuses.

Key Reponsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations, including baking, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Customer Service:

Ensure an exceptional customer experience by upholding Crumbl's standards of service and addressing any customer concerns.

Financial Management:

Manage the store's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and other expenses. Monitor and analyze financial performance, working to meet or exceed sales targets.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive traffic and build brand loyalty. Represent Crumbl in the community, building relationships with local businesses and customers.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of product quality, ensuring that every cookie meets Crumbl's exacting specifications.

Scheduling & Staffing:

Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring the store is adequately staffed for all shifts.

Performance Management:

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and setting goals for team members. Implement corrective actions when necessary.

Compliance:

Ensure all store activities comply with Crumbl's policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the food service or retail industry. Strong understanding of business management, including budgeting and financial analysis. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and make quick decisions. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
