Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including shift management and team coordination Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service to deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee inventory control, food handling, and food safety compliance in accordance with health regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Train new staff members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team performance Monitor restaurant performance metrics, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets Ensure cleanliness, safety protocols, and hospitality standards are consistently upheld throughout the establishment Requirements Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; excellent cash handling skills Background in food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry best practices Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development, interviewing, and team management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel environment is a plus but not required Join us as a Polished Restaurant Manager where your energy fuels our success!
