We're looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager who can help lead the floor, support the team, and maintain a strong guest experience in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality leadership experience who brings professionalism, personality, and a hands-on management style. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience Strong hospitality and guest service background Positive, solution-oriented attitude Comfortable leading shifts in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and team leadership skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and proactive under pressure Availability for nights and weekends Someone who leads by example and helps create a strong team culture Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily front-of-house operations Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff during service Ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve issues professionally Help maintain service standards, cleanliness, and organization Assist with opening/closing duties and shift management Help train and develop staff Communicate effectively with ownership and management team Step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly Why Work at Nettie's?
