$120,000-$150,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience) + Bonus + Benefits A highly respected and established restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manage r to lead one of its flagship Washington, DC locations. This high-volume, polished casual concept is a long-standing institution with multiple dining spaces, strong community recognition, and a loyal guest following .This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment . Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest experience, team development, financial performance, and maintaining a strong culture of hospitality and accountability Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations Develop and mentor managers and hourly team members Drive sales, profitability, and overall financial performance Maintain exceptional standards of service, food quality, and hospitality Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture Build strong relationships with guests and the surrounding community Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistency and execution Qualifications Minimu m 5 years of General Manager experien ce in upscale casual or polished dining environments Demonstrated success managing restaurants generatin g at least $7 million in annual revenue Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and financial reporting Experience leading large teams and developing future leaders High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and communication skills Proven ability to thrive in busy, guest-focused environments Stable career progression with respected hospitality organizations preferred
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
