In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in food service management, and eager to motivate a team to deliver outstanding results. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and satisfied. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Supervise staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation by coordinating with kitchen staff and maintaining food safety protocols. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure excellent customer service at all times. Implement budgeting strategies and monitor financial performance to meet operational goals. Coordinate with catering, banquets, or special events to deliver seamless service in diverse settings such as casual dining or fine dining environments. Skills Proven management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS for sales processing and inventory tracking. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. Experience in kitchen management, food production, catering, or bar operations is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality management and customer service excellence.
