Responsibilities of a Store Manager The Cafe General Manager is responsible for working side by side with their teams while coaching and assuring that all shifts are led with the Opening/Closing Timelines & Priority Chart as the backbone of the daily operations. Within this structure, the GM is responsible for implementing company systems and standards such as the Scheduling Chart, AvT 123, EXPO, PREP, Cleaning Chart, Ecosure, and Blend Training. These tools are essential for organizing cafe operations, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and maximizing efficiency within your cafe.
