Job Description

Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operation, leadership, and service execution of the facilities dining outlets. This position ensures exceptional experiences through high service standards, team leadership, operational efficiency, and consistent communication. The Restaurant Manager oversees front-of-house staff, supports and helps maintain the elevated hospitality standards expected within an exclusive environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to guests. Maintain visible floor presence during service periods. Address member concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times. Foster a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. Operations Management Oversee daily dining room operations including lunch, dinner, bar, patio, poolside, and special events as applicable. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed. Monitor reservation flow, table turns, and staffing levels. Assist with menu rollouts, promotions, and events. Ensure compliance with policies, health department regulations, and alcohol service laws. Staff Leadership Recruit, train, supervise, and develop front-of-house employees. Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training. Create and manage employee schedules based on business levels. Enforce service standards, dress code, attendance, and workplace professionalism. Complete employee coaching, counseling, and disciplinary documentation when necessary. Financial Responsibilities Assist with labor cost control and payroll oversight. Monitor POS accuracy and proper cash handling procedures. Help manage inventory levels and supply ordering. Support departmental budgeting and revenue goals. Communication & Teamwork Maintain strong communication with kitchen leadership and other departments. Coordinate effectively with banquet and event operations. Support a positive and professional workplace culture. Participate in manager meetings and banquet functions. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred. Fine dining, or upscale hospitality experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and club events. Must be 21+ with bartending experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor service environments. Work Environment This position operates in a hospitality-focused environment requiring professionalism, flexibility, and a strong commitment to member satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required based on events and operational needs.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
