Assistant Manager

Ellie Bird is a chef-owned, modern American restaurant focused on exceptional, exciting cuisine in an approachable atmosphere. We have been featured in the New York Times as one of the top 50 best new restaurants in the country, Best New Restaurant in Falls Church, and featured on the cover of Washingtonian's 'Best Brunches' edition. Our sister restaurant was awarded one Michelin Star for the last 5 consecutive years. We are looking to add an additional part-time Assistant Manager to our growing restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to supplement another position or other responsibilities, with the potential to transition to full-time if desired. We offer paid time off, dining privileges at both restaurants, in addition to a supportive and fun work environment.

Additional qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable restaurant setting
• Excellent verbal communication skills as well as a strong work ethic
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Reliable, efficient, courteous, and professional
• Must have weekend and brunch availability .
