Kitchen Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability
• Develop and update menu items in collaboration with culinary staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Address customer feedback and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
