Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at The Vault. The Assistant Manager, Events & Experiences
  • The Vault is responsible for supporting day-to-day tasting room operations, guest experience, sales performance, and the execution of events and specialty experiences at The Vault.
This role works closely with The Vault leadership team to drive tasting room revenue, specialty tasting sales, event sales, and wine club growth while maintaining a high standard of hospitality, service, and venue presentation. This position serves as a key on-the-floor leader, helping ensure that daily service runs smoothly while also supporting the successful execution of private events, specialty experiences, and guest programming. The Assistant Manager, Events & Experiences combines operational support, guest-facing leadership, event coordination, team development, and sales support to help deliver an elevated and consistent experience at The Vault. Key Responsibilities Events & Experiences Support Support event and experience revenue goals through tours, client communication, and venue-related sales opportunities Assist guests and clients throughout the inquiry, booking, and planning process for private events and specialty experiences Help ensure event tours, hosted experiences, and specialty tastings are polished, informative, and aligned with The Vault brand and service standards Support the day-to-day execution of programmed events and guest experiences with a high level of hospitality and professionalism Guest Experience & Customer Relations Help ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a strong on-the-floor presence and proactively addressing guest needs Respond promptly and professionally to client, guest, and vendor inquiries by phone, email, in person, and through internal systems Manage customer expectations with professionalism and hospitality, helping prevent issues before they arise Support implementation and use of guest feedback systems to strengthen service and improve the overall experience Handle escalated guest issues or unusual service situations with sound judgment and professionalism Wine Club & Membership Growth Support wine club sign-up goals by helping capture new memberships and reinforcing member benefits at The Vault Assist leadership in enhancing the wine club experience within The Vault to support retention and guest loyalty Help promote club value through hospitality, service, and consistent communication with guests and members Team Leadership & Training Support the training and development of Vault team members in hospitality, sales, service standards, and event execution Communicate updates clearly to the team, including changes to pricing, offerings, policies, and procedures Reinforce strong customer service, professionalism, and execution standards across all areas of The Vault Help coach team members toward continuous improvement in sales performance and guest experience Support a positive, accountable team culture and assist in addressing employee concerns or conflicts appropriately Venue Coordination & Event Execution Serve as a venue coordinator and visible leadership presence during events and specialty experiences Help ensure events are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Stone Tower standards Monitor staff and guest interactions during events to ensure the highest level of hospitality is maintained Support event setup, breakdown, and closing responsibilities to ensure events and experiences are well-organized and professionally managed Operational Oversight & Facility Standards Help manage opening and closing procedures to ensure The Vault operates according to Stone Tower standards Support development and maintenance of checklists, operating procedures, and service expectations for daily operations and events Maintain The Vault in "Grand Opening" condition by monitoring cleanliness, organization, restocking needs, and facility presentation Identify and communicate housekeeping, maintenance, repair, and restocking needs in a timely manner Help ensure event and guest spaces are consistently prepared for service, tours, and special experiences Staffing & Administrative Support Communicate staffing needs, changes, and last-minute operational updates to leadership in a timely manner Support adequate staffing coverage for events, specialty experiences, and daily service needs Monitor Tripleseat, phone, email, and other lead channels to help ensure timely response and follow-up Assist with administrative coordination that supports smooth communication, sales support, and daily execution Stone Tower Company Expectations Handle special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership Adhere to all Stone Tower Winery policies, procedures, and standards Consistently model and uphold
