What You'll Do (The Role) As the General Manager, you own the store. You will lead the grand opening, establish the culture, and drive performance: Build the

Ensure every single slider and tender goes out perfectly spiced, hot, and exactly to brand standards.

What We Are Looking For Proven Experience:

2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager (GM) or Store Manager in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service environment.

Training Availability:

Ability to complete the initial management training program at our Charlottesville store.

The Launch Mindset:

Experience with a New Restaurant Opening (NRO) is a huge plus, but not required—you just need the drive to build something from the ground up.

People First:

A track record of developing assistant managers and crew members into leaders.
