Position Title:

General Manager and Restaurant Manager (Talent Pipeline)

Location:

Northern Virginia Market , Central Florida Market. and/or North Florida Market.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our leadership pipeline. The General Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service, food and beverage quality, and premium presentation standards. This role plays a key part in developing strong teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a culture focused on creating memorable guest experiences. This opportunity is part of our ongoing effort to connect with top operational leadership talent for current and future openings within our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and efficiency Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals Strong business acumen, including experience with P&L management and cost controls Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and business performance Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovate Strong decision-making skills, in fast-paced or ambiguous situations Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Oversee and ensure seamless coordination between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, maintaining efficiency, quality standards, and an exceptional end-to-end guest experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

3+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience Proven track record of driving operational and financial performance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Passion for team development and guest satisfaction
