Requirements:
  • must have either GM experience or AM experience that is greater than 1 year.

  • open availability Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer experiences Support food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high-quality standards and safety compliance Learn to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Participate in staff training, supervising team members, and fostering a positive work environment Help manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards Contribute to shift management by coordinating staff schedules and ensuring efficient workflow Engage in management tasks including budgeting, food management, and performance evaluations to develop leadership skills Skills Strong foundation in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, train team members, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of inventory control methods and food management practices within quick service or casual dining settings Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction Leadership qualities with experience in team management, interviewing, and training & development Familiarity with restaurant management operations including shift management, budgeting, and food production
