Job Description

Triple Crossing Brewery in Midlothian is searching for a great candidate for our Assistant General Manager position. We believe in hospitality, community and taking great care of our people. If you are looking for an awesome place to work with the drive and personality to be successful, we would like to meet you! Job Responsibilities (Include, but not limited too):
  • Responsible for maintaining daily operations of their specific location and empowering the FOH team. Make sure to create and maintain a healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Assist in finding and implementing ways to make the taproom/restaurant operate in an efficient manner.
  • Analyzes financial, customer flow, and food and beer consumption trends to make recommendations to brewery upper management.
  • Help create, convey, and implement the importance of a great guest experience. Make sure that the brand is being represented the same way that the owners have envisioned.
  • Responsible for hiring and training new or current FOH staff.
  • Serves as support staff for FOH employees (if needed), which can include bartending, serving, running, bussing, and hosting.
  • Be able to deal and rectify any customer complaints.
  • Help to create and implement weekly programming to drive sales. Coordinate with the General Manager to plan and market weekly programming and large events.
  • Assist on meeting monthly sales, and labor targets that are set by the DO and owners.
  • Help to increase sales at their location with a goal of 2
  • 4% increase over the period of a year.
  • Follow and implement all state and county health and safety standards. Setting regular cleaning standards for the restaurant and verifying that the staff is maintaining sanitation levels.
  • Must be able to work 40
  • 45 hours per week.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in the best interest of maintaining and preserving the mission, vision, and culture of the brand.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years in a leadership position in the restaurant industry.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
  • Serv Safe certified recommended & state and local alcohol enforcement where applicable.
