This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Shamin Hotels. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Description Lead with purpose. Build great teams. What You'll Do (and Own) As a General Manager, this is your hotel—your team, your culture, your results. Lead & Inspire Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team Create a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of their work Lead by example—whether that's celebrating wins or stepping in to support during busy moments Run the Business Oversee all day-to-day operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and more) Keep your finger on the pulse of the hotel—what's working, what's not, and where to improve Use data (occupancy, RevPAR, guest scores) to drive smart decisions Elevate the Guest Experience Set the tone for service—warm, responsive, and genuine Resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully Look for ways to go beyond expectations and create memorable stays Drive Financial Performance Own your budget and performance Identify opportunities to grow revenue and manage costs Partner with sales to bring business through the door Be the Face of the Hotel Build relationships in your local community Represent your hotel with pride—internally and externally Collaborate with partners, clients, and brand teams Qualifications What Makes You a Great Fit You live our core values: Team Up
