As we enter an exciting new era, we're focused on delivering exceptional hospitality, strengthening our team culture, and bringing fresh energy to everything we do while honoring the traditions our guests know and love. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards Recruit, onboard, and train new employees Maintain labor budgets, scheduling, and staffing levels Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with ownership to improve systems, processes, and team culture Support special events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations Proven ability to coach and develop teams Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and cost management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays ServSafe certification preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Employee dining discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement A chance to help shape the future of a beloved Richmond restaurant If you're ready to lead a team, create memorable guest experiences, and be part of the next chapter of Bottoms Up Pizza, we'd love to hear from you.
