We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for our Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke ! Food & Beverage Manager As the Food & Beverage Manager, you are the heartbeat of our dining and banquet operations. You will oversee everything from high-level purchasing and inventory of premium spirits to the hands-on mentorship of our kitchen and service staff. Why Join Us? Lead the hiring, training, and performance management of the dining and kitchen teams. Maintain expert knowledge of city, state, and federal health codes, ensuring 100% compliance across all departments. Manage budgets, labor costs, and food waste to meet profit goals while driving sales in corporate, group, and banquet sectors. Partner with the team to plan and execute flawless special events and banquet functions. Deliver clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ownership. What We're Looking For Proven track record in F&B Management (preferably in a hotel setting) Mentor-first mindset with the ability to uphold high service standards Comfortable managing P&L, inventory, and sales objectives A focus on health code standards and operational efficiency ServSafe Manager certification a plus
