In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, and create memorable experiences for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional passionate about the food and beverage industry to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering a positive and energetic environment that encourages repeat business. Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met across all offerings. Handle cash transactions accurately using Heartland/Genius, including cash handling and reconciliation. Train, develop, and supervise staff members to enhance their skills in food preparation, serving, and customer engagement. Monitor inventory levels regularly; place orders for supplies and manage stock rotation to minimize waste. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness protocols within the bar area. Work with Beer/Liquor vendors to build relationships Coordinate shift management efficiently to optimize service flow during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Maintain a lively atmosphere by supervising bartending activities, including mixology techniques and beverage presentation. Experience Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings. Extensive bartending background with barista or coffee experience preferred; familiarity with bar operations is essential. Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, training & development, and interviewing skills. Strong knowledge of POS systems; experience with cash handling is required. Experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and overseeing food safety practices in hospitality environments. Background in restaurant management with fine dining or banquet experience is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
