This position works closely with General Managers, department leaders, and staff to maintain service standards, support staffing needs, oversee administrative responsibilities, and assist with day-to-day restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly organized, and capable of thriving in multiple environments while helping drive consistency and excellence across both concepts. Duties Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Pack Brothers Hospitality. Provide leadership support to both Vintage Tavern and River Stone Chophouse, assisting where operational needs are greatest. Maintain a visible presence on the floor to ensure exceptional guest service and timely resolution of guest concerns. Assist General Managers with daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, and execution of service standards. Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and development of front-of-house team members. Conduct pre-shift meetings and reinforce service expectations and company culture. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and staffing adjustments as needed. Monitor dining room operations to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Complete nightly cash handling procedures, including server checkouts, deposits, and safe reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, safety standards, and alcohol service requirements. Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and maintaining proper stock levels of restaurant supplies. Support special events, wine dinners, holiday services, and other restaurant initiatives. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout both restaurants. Handle administrative responsibilities including email communication, reporting, documentation, and operational follow-up. Serve as a resource for managers and staff, stepping into leadership roles as needed during vacations, special events, or periods of increased business. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Exceptional guest service mindset and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent cash handling and basic accounting skills. Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software. Knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and hospitality service standards. Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 10 hours). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between restaurant locations as needed. Ability and willingness to follow the direction of ownership, directors, and General Managers. Why Join Us?
