Job Description

Restaurant Manager - Front of House (Italian Restaurant) We are seeking a strong, experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house at a busy Italian restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to manage people, control operations, and deliver an excellent guest experience every day. Responsibilities Manage and lead all front-of-house operations Create and manage server schedules Handle reservations and ensure smooth service flow Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Train, supervise, and motivate staff Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Ensure staff completes opening/closing duties and side work Work closely with kitchen to maintain timing and service quality Requirements Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be organized and able to handle pressure Availability to work nights and weekends What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes ownership and responsibility Can control the floor and lead a team with confidence Understands hospitality and how to take care of guests Leads by example and holds staff accountable Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth
