3 weeks in Washington, DC (company-paid) An Upscale Restaurant is seeking two Restaurant Managers to support FOH operations and deliver best-in-class hospitality at their new Virginia Beach Restaurant. Overview As FOH Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and develop a positive team culture. You'll lead by example, maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns gracefully, and keep the dining room running smoothly throughout all shifts.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of management experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments Strong presence on the floor with a guest-first mindset Ability to lead, train, and retain a dynamic FOH team Exposure to new openings and brand-forward service culture a plus

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily FOH operations including service, reservations, staffing, and scheduling Ensure hospitality and service standards are executed consistently Support hiring, onboarding, and development of FOH staff Collaborate with BOH, ownership, and training teams to deliver a seamless opening Contribute to event planning, private dining experiences, and community engagement
