As the Assistant Manager, you are responsible for building the unique Freddy's team morale that's behind every exceptional guest experience. Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Uphold Freddy's 3 pillars Quality, Hospitality, and Cleanliness everyday
• Assist the general manager in the overall operation of the restaurant
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
• Support the development of a high performing restaurant team
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Manage store inventory on a weekly basis
• Manage hiring and new hire training

Qualifications:

• 1•2 years of experience as a restaurant manager preferred • Valid driver's license required • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Knowledge of food cost and labor control • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • Moderate Microsoft Office skills required • Experience with scheduling and POS systems preferred
