We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, (for a combination of AM and PM shifts) , in our Ri Ra Irish Pub & Restaurant location in downtown Burlington, VT! Our pub has a strong food and late night business. The business also encompasses "The Burlington Whiskey Room", a small craft cocktail led concept, which is attached to the pub. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of previous hospitality management experience and be looking to progress their career with an ambitious and growing hospitality Company! An individual that has solid previous supervisory high volume bar experience, coupled with restaurant experience, would be an ideal candidate for this role. What You Will Get

- You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures and ServSafe food management certification alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol
- You ideally have an educational background with a focus in the hospitality field What You Will be Doing
- Assuming responsibility and accountability for the business when Manager-on-Duty on shift
- Assisting in the management of the financial (sales building and cost control), operational and personnel components of the business
- Assisting in representing the brand and business at the local level
- Establishing, nurturing and maintaining trusted relationships with employees, guests, community groups, societies, vendors and local authorities
