Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the guest experience positively while managing a fast-paced, lively environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and order taking Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high standards of customer service and food handling Manage POS systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the dining area Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Control inventory levels for service supplies, beverages, and other essentials to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Lead staff meetings to communicate goals, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment Skills Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality work; willingness to lead people Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Expertise in POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, service standards, and safety procedures Experience managing shift operations in quick service Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, training & development, and staff motivation Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the food industry Experience in catering or hotel environments is advantageous Strong organizational skills for supervising multiple responsibilities such as cash handling, scheduling, and quality assurance Join us as a Front of House Manager where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
