You'll help motivate the team, ensure quality control, and uphold OMO Thai Tea's premium guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys café culture, and wants to grow with an emerging lifestyle brand. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire front-of-house team members during shifts Provide outstanding hospitality to every guest Guide customers through our menu and make thoughtful recommendations Prepare and serve drinks and desserts with care and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Support daily opening and closing duties Help track inventory and restock supplies Communicate effectively with management to improve operations and training What We're Looking For A people-first mindset and passion for customer service Strong communication and leadership skills Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy café setting Weekend and evening availability Previous café or food service experience preferred (leadership experience a plus)
