Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, La Mar blends world-class Peruvian cuisine, exceptional beverage programming, and polished service into a vibrant, high-energy guest experience. This is an opportunity for a proven leader to join a globally recognized brand while helping shape the continued growth of one of Bellevue's most ambitious restaurants. About the Role As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to oversee daily operations, develop staff, uphold service standards, and drive financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and understands that exceptional hospitality is built through leadership, accountability, culture, and consistency. What You'll DoLead Operations Oversee daily front-of-house operations while supporting overall restaurant performance Manage scheduling, labor controls, and staffing levels based on business demand Maintain service excellence across all dayparts, events, and special programming Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations Support repair, maintenance, and operational continuity as needed Build and Develop Teams Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor hourly team members Provide real-time coaching, performance management, and professional development Lead pre-shift meetings, staff education, and service tastings Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented workplace culture Serve as a hands-on leader capable of stepping into service when needed Drive Business Performance Partner with senior leadership to achieve revenue, labor, and profitability goals Support marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and guest acquisition strategies Assist with private dining, events, and community engagement opportunities Monitor financial performance, audits, and cost controls Deliver consistently strong guest satisfaction and retention What We're Looking For 4+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality Strong leadership presence with a passion for service excellence Experience with staff development, scheduling, and operational systems Private dining or events experience strongly preferred New restaurant opening experience is a plus Comfortable with hospitality technology platforms (POS, scheduling, HR systems, reservations) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm, decisive, and guest-focused under pressure
