Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient kitchen management Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory control Monitor inventory levels regularly to minimize waste and optimize food costs through effective food management practices Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Conduct staff interviews, onboarding sessions, and ongoing training to uphold service excellence and food safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or food service management environments Strong understanding of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive work environment Background in managing hospitality teams with expertise in staff training, development, and performance evaluation Ability to analyze profit and loss statements, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
