Kitchen Manager Deer Park Eagles FOE3564 Deer Park, WA Job Details Part-time $19 - $20 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Quick service & fast food restaurant Customer service Team development Meal preparation Production management Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills as we are mostly volunteers. You will be responsible for managing kitchen volunteers insuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality food production while delivering exceptional customer service. We have dinner on Wednesday and Friday nights. Responsibilities Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining quality control. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Implement and maintain budgetary guidelines for food costs and labor. Utilize POS systems (Toast POS) for cash handling and order management. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Collaborate with management to create menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Experience Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role within the food service industry, including quick service, casual dining. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation for up to 60 plus people. Familiarity with inventory management systems and budgeting practices. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to hospitality excellence. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. We are a member only Eagles club.
