Job Description
WildFin American Grill, Issaquah is looking for a Front of the House Assistant Manager who is looking to be a part of a successful team with plenty of opportunity for professional success and growth.
Competitive Salary with Quarterly Bonus potential (salary based on experience and track record of results). Compensation paid at an hourly rate and is based on a 50 hour work week160 hours (3 weeks + ) of Accrued Annual PTOSet schedule with 2 consecutive days offClosed Thanksgiving & Christmas DayMedical/Vision/Dental benefits available immediatelyFood & Meal BenefitsDevelopment opportunities in a growing company

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years as a manager in a high volume, full-service restaurant. Looking for a candidate who wants additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities in a growing companyPreferred:
1 year of bar management experience. Knowledge of bar inventory management, ordering and mixology preferredMust be available nights, weekends and holidaysMust have strong leadership skills and abilities.Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop peopleStrong communication skillsMust be dependable, reliable and motivated.
