Front of House (Hospitality) Manager At Chick-fil-A Kennewick, the Front of House (FOH) Hospitality Manager role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to lead with excellence and heart. As the leader of hospitality in our restaurant, you will set the tone for creating memorable experiences for every guest and inspiring the team to serve with genuine care. This role goes far beyond providing a great product in a friendly environment — it's about cultivating an atmosphere where every guest feels valued and every team member feels empowered to grow. You will work directly with the Operator and leadership team to coach, develop, and lead the FOH team, ensuring that every touchpoint with our guests is handled with intentional service and operational excellence.
Position Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Compensation:
$23-$28 an hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development Lead with a \service with heart\ mindset, modeling hospitality excellence at all times This role will be responsible for leading and running shifts regularly. Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new FOH team members Set clear goals for the team, work toward achieving them, and celebrate wins Develop, coach, and mentor team members for growth in their roles and future leadership Provide regular feedback, recognition, and accountability Conduct shift huddles and leadership meetings to align and energize the team Represent the FOH at leadership meetings Operational Excellence Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times Ensure FOH operations run smoothly, including front counter, dining room, curbside, and third-party pickups Be highly competent with mobile app functions and assist guests with ease Assist with cash management, inventory control, and catering operations Confirm daily and weekly checklists are completed with excellence Monitor systems and implement improvements for greater efficiency and guest satisfaction Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with care and urgency Team Support Support the team in daily FOH operations: Greet guests warmly and make emotional connections Take orders at the register and expedite meals Deliver curbside orders with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness and restock inventory Prepare drinks, desserts, and milkshakes Assist with catering orders Manage assigned till with accuracy Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
