Catering & Events Account Manager Cascadia Pizza Co Maple Valley, WA Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Guest relations Team leadership Full Job Description Cascadia Pizza Co. is a fast-growing, wood-fired pizza company that invests in its people. We re seeking an organized, motivated leader to manage our booked catering events, including planning, coordinating, and executing events such as weddings, corporate functions, and community gatherings. This role oversees event logistics, inventory, setup and teardown, on-site service flow, and overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with catering or event planning experience and a proven ability to deliver smooth, high-quality events that reflect Cascadia s hospitality and standards.
Responsibilities:
Drive catering sales, including food, beverage, and related services for individuals, groups, and companies. Lead and motivate the catering team to ensure smooth event planning, setup, service, and teardown. Maintain high standards of food quality, guest service, and workplace safety. Use planning tools and checklists to streamline event execution from start to finish. Coordinate weekly meetings with drivers to ensure seamless event operations. Confirm event details with clients and arrange logistics based on their requests. Manage final payments in line with company procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and venues.
Qualifications:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work nights/weekends during peak season (June Sept). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Confident, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable multitasking, making decisions, and resolving guest concerns professionally. Eager to grow within the organization and contribute to ongoing success. Ability to work variable hours based on business needs and event bookings; this is a commission-based role.
