Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader to help oversee daily operations at our gathering spot in Mill Creek. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service management experience, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves supporting the leadership team in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality while ensuring efficient restaurant operations. Previous experience in quick service, casual dining is preffered, along with a solid background in food handling, staff training, and team management. Duties Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction Manage POS systems (Toast) for accurate cash handling and order processing Support inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste Lead staff training on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures Supervise front-of-house teams, including shift management and daily position scheduling Monitor food production and presentation to uphold brand standards. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times Participate in interviewing and hiring new team members to build a strong workforce Handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally to enhance guest experience This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a thriving restaurant environment while advancing their career in hospitality management.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
