As our company grows, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Tri-Cities operations, ensuring efficiency, strategic growth, and excellence in service delivery. Position Overview The General Manager will oversee all operational and sales functions, reporting directly to the CEO of Northwest Restoration Operating Inc. This leadership role requires strong business acumen, team management expertise, and the ability to drive company success. The General Manager will be responsible for managing multiple department heads, including: ✔ Sales Manager ✔ Office Manager ✔ Reconstruction Manager ✔ Warehouse Support Services Manager ✔ Contents Manager ✔ Mitigation Manager ✔ Asbestos Manager This role is ideal for a highly motivated leader with experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry who is looking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Management Oversee and guide all department managers to ensure operational and strategic alignment. Directly manage and support the Sales Manager, integrating sales initiatives with operational goals. Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and all operational teams, ensuring clear communication and execution of business objectives. Strategic Growth & Business Planning Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in Tri-Cities. Align operational and sales activities to achieve and exceed company revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with peer General Managers to share best practices across Restoration 1 Inland NW. Financial & Performance Management Ensure efficient execution of restoration projects, maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Tri-Cities location. Team Development & Employee Management Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and development opportunities for department managers. Hire, manage, and develop department leaders to ensure operational excellence. Client & Stakeholder Relations Strengthen relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and key partners. Represent the company at industry events, promoting our mission and values.
